This vintage originates from a single climat in the Bottellary Hills with vistas of Table Mountain rooted in decomposed granite with ferricrete & red clay allowing for dry land farming. All fruit was hand harvested towards third week of March to best express the black hedgerow fruit, inherent spice, buxom tannins & natural acid of the varietal.
