On the nose, the Spier Signature Chardonnay Pinot Noir Rose offers stimulating notes of strawberries and yellow apple. It is wonderfully fresh on the palate, with a marvellously crisp acidity.

This rose from South Africa comes from the Western Cape region. This blend has a slightly higher percentage of Chardonnay than Pinot Noir.

It was aged in stainless steel tanks and goes beautifully with salads with seafood or smoked salmon.
