A well-balanced whiskey, with the sherry cask imparting flavours of dried fruits, spices and dark oak, whilst the Bourbon barrel brings sweeter, vanilla rich flavours of bright oak and toffee. The spirit itself is apparent with a peppery spice and classic, Irish grassy malt. Delectable and delicate.
