This is also the first vintage of our new truncated conical vat, which magnifies the characteristics of Haut-Cartes through the gentle extraction of tannins. The color is dark and deep, the nose pure of black fruits and violets, the mouth creamy and velvety. A long and persistent finish. A subject of great pride. Ideally enjoyed at 17?C.
