From the Okanagan Valley, British Columbia wine region, Mission Hill 2020 Reserve Sauvignon is superb with pinpoint balanced acidity, lemongrass, tropical fruit, white florals and mineral flavours finishing long on the palate. Aged six months in French oak barrels and then stainless-steel tank. Pair with pan-fried pickerel. The SB grapes for this vintage were sourced from the Black Sage Bench. Drink date: 2021-2022.
