Hand?s of Time Red celebrates more than thirty-five extraordinary individuals who have played a role in Stag?s Leap Wine Cellars? wine growing legacy. This blend not only honours those individuals, but also honours the land and the history of the winery. Predominantly a Cabernet Sauvignon with Merlot and Malbec create a traditional Bordeaux Blend from Napa. Hand?s of Time is a beautiful deep ruby in colour, and has aromas of blackberry, ripe plum, spices of vanilla and cinnamon, and a hint of cocoa and menthol. Seventeen months of neutral, mostly French, oak aging helps create the round tannin texture on the palate. A wonderful balance of acidity keeps this red blend fresh and perfect for food pairing.
